I’m William Vandenelsken, founder of VW Aureus, a property investment and development business built around a simple principle: identify the right opportunities, create genuine value, and build long-term wealth through property.
My Story
Success isn't simply about where you start — it's about the determination to keep moving forward, no matter what life throws at you.
My professional journey began at just 14 years old, when I entered the world of hairdressing. After building a successful career, I decided to embrace new challenges, transitioning into landscaping and personal training.
That same determination, discipline and resilience are the foundations upon which I am building VW AUREUS Property Investment & Development. For me, property investment is about much more than bricks and mortar. It's about recognising potential, creating opportunities, building lasting value and turning ambition into tangible results. I believe that success is built on hard work, integrity, trust and the courage to pursue a vision, even when the road ahead isn't easy.
It was through fitness that I discovered my true passion for natural bodybuilding. What began as a personal challenge developed into a relentless pursuit of excellence, eventually leading me to become a UKDFBA Masters Champion, proudly winning gold in natural bodybuilding.

My career has taken many different paths, but one thing has always remained constant: my commitment to giving everything I do my absolute best. Today, I bring that same drive, ambition and unwavering work ethic to VW AUREUS, with a clear vision of building a successful, respected property investment and development business. However, my journey hasn't been without adversity. In April 2026, life presented me with one of my greatest challenges when I suffered a stroke. It was an experience that tested my physical strength, mental resilience and determination like never before. But giving up has never been part of who I am. Despite the setbacks and challenges of recovery, I persevered, returning to the bodybuilding stage and competing three times that same year. Not simply to win medals, but to prove to myself that setbacks do not have to define our future.
My Approach
I believe successful property investment should be built on research, due diligence, transparency and strong relationships. Every potential project is considered on its individual merits, with particular attention given to the numbers, the property itself, the local market, potential risks, exit strategies and the opportunity to create value.

For private investors, my objective is to develop straightforward and professionally structured opportunities that offer the potential for competitive returns, while ensuring that the proposed investment structure, risks and any available security are clearly explained from the outset.
